Monka Inspector is a web application designed to provide performance analysis of World of Warcraft Classic characters based on public data from the Warcraft Logs API. We do not host or store any character data ourselves; we merely display information obtained from a third-party source.

• No Responsibility for Data: All data displayed on Monka Inspector is sourced from the Warcraft Logs API. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of this data. We cannot guarantee the availability or correctness of any information provided.
• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the performance or availability of Monka Inspector. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• No Liability for Issues: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monka Inspector and its operators (Pasta Sauce Guild on Whitemane Classic Era) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
• Third-Party API: Our service relies entirely on the Warcraft Logs API. Any issues, downtime, or inaccuracies originating from the Warcraft Logs API are beyond our control and responsibility.

We do not collect, store, or sell any personal identifying information from our users. The character names and server names you input are used solely for the purpose of querying the Warcraft Logs API and are not retained by Monka Inspector.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
